TLF25-MHH is a multi-purpose hook and carrying accessory designed specifically for the TLF25 tactical ladder. It can be quickly attached to the ends of the TLF25 tactical ladder if needed in the operational area, allowing the ladder to be used with hooks. When the TLF25 tactical ladder is used as a stretcher, its ergonomic design provides a comfortable and firm grip for the personnel carrying the wounded. Up to four TLF-MHH can be attached to each tactical ladder, depending on the need.
